4PL Terms of Engagement & SLA

By engaging Odd National as your 4PL orchestrator, clients agree to the following operational terms:

1. 4PL Liability Disclaimer

Odd National operates strictly as a Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) manager and software provider. We do not own, operate, or maintain physical transport assets. Liability for physical cargo damage or loss resides entirely with the vetted 3PL carrier and their Goods-in-Transit (GIT) insurance policies.

2. Data Integration

Clients are required to provide access to necessary ERP/TMS systems to allow for proper API telemetry integration into the Oddnational Control Tower.

3. Financial Terms

Payments for successful 3PL executions managed through our platform must adhere to the 30-day automated invoicing cycles. Oddnational retains the right to halt SaaS visibility if accounts fall into arrears.
